Privacy notice.
Updated 28 September 2026. Written for the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- For a basket: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and any note for the driver, and what you ordered.
- For payments: Stripe handles your card, FPX or wallet details. We never see or store your card or bank login. We keep the amount, the date and the payment method.
- At a café corner: nothing personal. The corner checkout asks for no name or email.
Why we use it
- To pack and deliver your basket, and to send the delivery photo.
- To email your receipt, your My basket link and renewal reminders.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who else handles it
- Stripe, for payments.
- Supabase, where our order records are stored.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- The person delivering your basket sees your name, number and address for that Friday.
How long we keep it
While your basket is active, and for up to 7 years after for our accounts, as Malaysian tax law requires for payment records. You can ask us to delete anything we don’t have to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing precisionbuildermy@gmail.com. We reply within 21 days.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies during payment to prevent fraud.
